Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Terms

• Voucher is subject to availability and advance booking is required. We kindly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date.
  
• Voucher may not be valid on selected dates, including but not limited to Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
• Kindly notify us at the time of booking that this voucher is to be used and present it to a member of the team on arrival.
• Vouchers can be presented either as a printed copy or digitally.
• Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No refund or change will be given for any unused balance.
• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Expired vouchers will not be accepted.
